HEY!

Dubai is an AWESOME place. Now the HRC is a little out of the way from the city - actually farther away. There's a lot of construction going on in the area right now (it's the up and coming "Silicon Valley" of the Middle East as well as the American College). What I would recommend is the Planet Hollywood - which is right in a shopping centre next to most hotels in the city...usually always busy and a great time.
