Im in a similar situation with UA telling me an Asiana flight credited to my AA account, but it did not (and it would not). It is not in my AA account either, and I can't get United to help. They say it shows as credited, but I think they are referring to the other AA segments on my itinerary. Does anyone know how to get UA to resolve this? The online feature says credited to another airline, but it has not. No other FF number was even in the record!
