Will be in Dubai for 10 days. We want to do fun things.

Has anyone been to the Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai? How far is it from the Fairmont Hotel? Is it loud and fun like the USA Hard Rock's?

Any other suggestions for fun places to eat. We have been to Dubai before but tended to do the shopping thing which is nice, but not exciting.
