Really doubt you can find something in advance from NYC to China. If you're willing to get a bit creative, I found PZ available on an Oct 31 flight from SFO to Osaka. So if you're willing to send her in economy from NYC to SFO and then book something else from Osaka to China, the longest segment could at least be in confirmed lie-flats.
