I agree, they now start removing the sweets etc. very early to make room for the setup of the happy hour (glasses, plates etc.) nearly 2 hours in advance but the happy hour food only shows up the minute of the happy hour and disappears the minute it's over. Plus, it's gone down in quality significantly.

In addition, the fridges now are often empty for most products during the day and staff is not always around to clean up after people.

The lounge used to be nice but like most parts of the hotel the cost cutting can be seen.
