I used Sky Station Private Transfers Niseko (Sorastation). It was 35k JPY one way for their base Toyota Crown sedan. The 53k JPY option with the hotel has more luggage room and possibly more comfortable seating.

I selected a shopping stop on the way which may have increased the price. They responded by email less than an hour after I made my online request.
