I am actually doing some claim now for 2 different trip, one in October-Nov and one in Dec-Jan, in 5 different country, 3 continent.

I got already some BRG confirmed until today, when I got this message with two claim, denied without much explanation.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your claim for Marriott's Best Rate Guarantee.
Your previous claim submissions have been reviewed, and it has been determined that the pattern of your claims indicates an effort to circumvent the intent of the Best Rate Guarantee.
Per the Best Rate Guarantee Program terms, Marriott may deny claims if it believes this guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent.

For this reason, I am unable to approve your claim.

Then I asked some precision, and I got this


"When evaluating the stays listed on your account we do consider all factors such as submission history, past and present bookings, and dates confirmed. In considering all these factors it appears that a effort to circumvent the intention of our Best Rate Guarantee Program was occurring"


If someone will enlighten me, because I am not sure to understand what is the problem.
Too much BRG? (i.e. 7 claim sent yesterday for Phuket/Khao Lak, BKK, Berlin).
