I haven't flown from Manchester for a few years, until today.

- the T3 multi story car park was totally over capacity. Numerous cars were parked at the end of bays, where they shouldn’t be, but given the fullness, what option do they have? Quite a few of them had huge dents and scrapes down their sides where cars simply couldn’t fit down the space and had chosen to just push past.

- the Escape lounge was rammed. I gave up and walked straight out into the area where the BA lounge used to be. It was actually quite pleasant in that area.

decided that it’s “easier” to drive to LHR than to endure the hell of my local airport. What a shame.
