Yes, you are correct. I just confirmed this today myself. I purchased less than $2K in gc the 1st day and received all of the points. I purchased an amount that got me over $2K total in the 2nd purchase and received all of the points. I purchased a gc today and received no points. So the most someone could get each bonus period is on $3500 ($1500 + $2000). I guess technically, you might be able to buy $3999 ($1999 + $2000). Has anyone tried this?
