I really don’t know what’s going on with these people, a lot of their decisions are just plain odd. An overpriced First Class product that no one buys, 500,000 AS points needed for a r/r US/Asia, this massive devaluation in the first program year for their own program, and my personal insult:, while they handed out free product evaluation tickets to bloggers, when I asked for a ticket to evaluate the product after I had already kicked off negotiations to establish a contract agreement with our agency and exposing them to hundreds of corporate agents nationwide, they told me “no”…. and appear to have fubar’d the contract negotiations.

Frankly they are dead to me as a product until there is more clarity on what they are doing.
