I just got a good deal at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo in Shinjuku at around $200- a night and I'll be able to use SUAs (this for a 2 week stay, so I might've gotten a long stay discount), just across the street from the Tokyo Hilton which is outrageous right now. The Keio Plaza has some good deals these days as well. There are cheaper rates available for prepaid bookings, but the onerous conditions make them unusable.
