Does anyone know whether Go points are clawed back if a refund is issued? I tried to buy $1500 worth of gift cards at Stop & Shop today, but although the transaction went through and my credit card was charged, the cashier saw a "not approved" message on his end, and the gift cards were not activated. He said that the only solution was to refund my credit card, so that's what we did. However, that has so far not resulted in the 3000 points being deducted from my S&S account. Any experience on whether I should expect the points to stay there long term?
