Butler service is absolutely horrible. What is the point if they cannot fill a single request on the first request? Every single time the butler has been gaslighting me...
1. Asked her to send someone to pick up plates around 11 PM, she said would send someone up in 3 minutes. Plates were still in the secret box the next morning.
2. Asked her to pick up my laundry at night, she sent me a text she would grab it first thing in the morning. Was not picked up when I checked at noon and had to text her again.
3. Did not receive a new laundry bag or form, asked for it at 11 AM today. Was told by front desk it would be sent up with housekeeping. Got back to room at 5 PM and it's still not there. Called and asked again, the front desk and butler are connected somehow so the butler sent me a text saying "I put it in the secret box but I think housekeeping took it away

" Well... that can't be true considering my last night's plates are still in the secret box...
