FHR is definitely supposed to include it. There is a post somewhere on this forum that has the specific information about how it is supposed to code.

Whether an agent knows or understands this is a different matter. But giving the right information to a concierge should get it done. I would not expect a regular / globalist agent to figure it out unless you escalate to to Hyatt Cares.
