Most all bluetooth headphones will have a 3.5mm jack for wired usage, perhaps a 2.5mm one like the new Bose QC Ultras (even the Apple AP Mac has a lightning-to-3.5mm cord, likely USB-C to 3.5mm soon). There may be outliers, but I cannot think of one of the top of my head.

For earphones/earbuds… I think you’re stuck with trying to go with an Airfly or similar.

For office headsets… check out the Evolve lineup from Jabra: they are headset/headphone hybrids, IIRC, tho the price is steep.
