This time a really surly guy gave me the runaround until he finally agreed to a small bump up, but said I should call back because he was at the end of his shift. Called back and was told it would cost considerably more than the price on the website, because "pricing is dynamic." This was b.s.
The most annoying part - since they added capacity the new added flight, with a better schedule, on my return was actually considerably less. But even if I did an even swap, they said it would be considerably more.
I finally gave up. Not enough to fight over. Found a way to turn the lemon into lemonade.
Thank you so much for this update. I will not bother calling. Not worth the time or aggravation.
I’ll just continue to hope for an updated cabin by next spring.
You’re absolutely correct. Not enough to fight over. Cheers!
