I earn my OWE status through American Airlines. A Finnair agent at least confirmed they can see my OWE status but they were confused by my bag allowance. My ticket was originally booked and ticketed in May and thus was very clearly showing a 2 bag, 32kg baggage allowance. A few days ago, Finnair issued a 30 minute schedule change and this caused my tickets to be automatically re-ticketed and now I see the 1 bag, 23kg allowance. I do actually need to check 2 bags this time so this had me nervous. I wanted to be sure that I would at least get that extra bag via my status.
