If it matter she couldn't combine FFC's - but she could easily convert FFC to ETC - there was a butan for that (her words) and once everything was ETC - combining was easy - so it may be an issue of asking for one then the other - of course YMMV - but to say it can't happen as was stated earlier is false - but it may not happen to everyone in every circumstance.
