As a *G holder, there is a counter open exclusively for you.
If you are flying Business Class, also a dedicated counter is always open at T2. Otherwise, you can do online check in and drop your baggage at self service counter.
About the counter for NA flights, it depends - info would be available when you arrive at the terminal. (Terminal 2)
