I am OneWorld Emerald flying on a business class award ticket from SIN-HEL booked via American Airlines.

In the app, my baggage allowance is showing as only 1 checked bag. Am I still entitled to 2 checked bags as OneWorld Emerald and if so should I be seeing 2 in the app or is the app not programmed to show the allowance that comes with status? I can select seats so it seems my status is recognized.
