From being here and waiting for my flight, I can assure you that they do not. There is very little ramp handling staff, including pushback drivers and dispatchers. I am currently in the ATR wing and can't see anybody on the tarmac.
I would assume most flights will be cancelled in the next hour or so for the remainder of the evening.
