Aeroflot Kaliningrad Moscow Eco Flat
Hey guys,
I need to transfer from Kaliningrad KGD to Moscow SVO next week and I see Aeroflot sells a flat fare on their metal:

However while selecting the regular fare (Economy Flat) I see a message:
Please note: only Russian nationals are eligible for subsidised fares. Documents confirming Russian citizenship shall be checked at check-in and during the boarding procedure.

I can't select any other fare and on other flights, there's only Economy Flat for 100E round trip. Did anyone fly on this fare without Russian citizenship or can verify the information somewhere? I can't contact AFL in any way from where I am right now
