For sure! Giant PA hasn't had any good visa deals lately, and they don't have a cap on gas discount! . I've been doing the apple 10x and selling them at a loss, but have done much with visas. Thanks for the info on INCOMM. Unfortunately, giant is the only place I know of to unload visas in central PA. If you're aware if any other method, do let me know!
