As a heads up
They slammed me for resort/destination fees every night of my stay last month on a points reservation
for hundreds of dollars extra.Approx 250
Despite them telling me no when I booked the reservation months ago.
This is the second time they are playing this game of hardball
Apparently the GM from the IC Barclay is running the show and make no mistake Boston IC started doing so as well
Its a deal killer for me as I go back to Hyatt and Hilton on award
Despite never charging it historically their argument was its always been listed as a charge on their website
Make that junk nuisance fee.Time for a one star review for misrepresenting the truth
Granted policies change but don't wait till day of arrival to break the news!
Been going since they first opened so would have been nice to know in advance
