Had a recent stay on a Saturday at the Andaz Fifth Avenue in which they are completely sold out and while I did not get a suite upgrade, the staff was very gracious, and the Director of Operations sent up a nice bottle of Proseco along with some wonderful chocolate and pastry treats to celebrate my wife's birthday.

The Globalist breakfast was taken in our Deluxe King (the upgrade) and it was great as expected. Once again, the Andaz Fifth Avenue is my favorite Hyatt property in Manhattan.
