Starting this week, I will send an Alaska Listens for every flight that doesn't offer the very basic AS PDB standard.
0/9 the past week on Alaska operated flights. 2/2 on skywest operated. I think I will start sending in an Alaska listens as well. On a recent flight the Alaska crew stayed in their js the whole flight as they said the flight was too short for beverage service. But on the return DL did pdb and entire economy cabin got water and choice of the SunChips/biscoff/granola/almonds.
