in order to obtain the Diamond Member it is required to get 40.000 tier miles in a 2 year period.
My two year period started in 01.10.2021 and finishes in 30.09.2023.
I have obtained 44000 miles during that period. However, my current status is still showing Gold.
When i open my Asiana Account it is written that for the 2 year period i have already reached 44000 miles, and also that the number of miles required for upgrade to Diamond is -(minus)4000 miles, which means that i have 4000 miles more than what is required.
Any idea why my current status has not been updated yet ? Is there any additional rule that i forgot to consider ?
All 44000 miles have been obtained by Star Alliance flights. Bonus miles earned by partners are not considered in this case.
