Thank you for this it is really helpful. I have always heard of many doing this however it is something I haven't done so I am going to check it out. I have friends in Belfast who now never fly out of there these days with BA as going out of Dublin is always significantly cheaper often by several thousands of pounds. BA flights ex GLA/EDI via LHR in Club and First have significantly increased lately and compared to UA and DL are no longer competitive. Thanks for the tip it is appreciated.
