Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but thought I would summarize this and eventually make a wiki with the info as I came across 5 of my priority pass cards today.

CSR: 735
(Chase 73X?)


Digits: 11
Issuer: Priority Pass on behalf of the bank
Starting Digit: 142
Expiration: 3 years (maybe 2)
Prestige: 1426
CapOne 104/105
Amex: 100/102/104/142
Citi: 142

Application E- Cards: These have different numbers than P-cards.
