About IHG award availability in calender form, i just found out via the Hyatt forum of the handy:

Which can display IHG award availability, amount of points needed in an easy calender format.
And for those whom are obsessive about cpm / cpp / valuations set by bloggers / ROI, it shows points vs $ pricing
* it doesn't seem to do all IHG hotels but mostly the popular ones

To illustrate with my own hotel IC AMS for AUG 2024



PSST: the actually secret technique of darkness is to evaluate which weekends have rooms available on points which can increase the possibility of using the BOGO
My experience with IC AMS is that if there are no more award rooms left to book on points in a weekend, means no possibility to use BOGO
It might work different with other IC-hotels though
