Having not flown much with Sky team this year, my lowly FB silver status will presumably expire at the end of this year. I was looking to make an award booking in early January and noticed that on klm.com it says that my baggage allowance for this trip would include a 1 x 23kg bag - presumably based on my current silver status and not what my status will be next year).

Will this allowance reduce to nada after 31 December or would I get the 23kg checked bag if I make the booking this year while being silver?
