I booked business class on EK232 from IAD to DXB in March of 2024 for a trip to the Maldives. When I booked, the flight was scheduled to be on an A380. Now I see that it has changed to a B777. Very disappointing as it is going to be a 2-3-2 configuration instead of a 1-2-1. I have 2 questions:

1) Is there any sort of action you can take to get some sort of credit for flying an inferior product to what I thought I would be flying when I booked?
2) Is there a way to know whether this flight will be on the newer B777 business class product that at least has full lay flat seating, or am I stuck on the old and terribly outdated B777 with the inclined seat?
