$5400 for entry level room at the Regent (don't know if there is a lounge). I expect Regent a nicer hotel than Conrad (which needs a refresh) but the price delta is huge.
It is difficult to place Conran (a premium hotel, which has not been renovated since it opened in the 1990s) and the Regent (a hotel in the upper luxury segment, which has benefited from a complete renovation) on the same level.
The InterContinental Stanford, which has recently been refurbished, often offers very attractive rates, and has a good quality club lounge.
