Honestly ScootBiz or Scoot Plus is just the branding. It is clear from the beginning that Scoot does not offer a business class product. It is at beast a premium economy product. But Scoot Plus is a better name in reflecting the reality of the service offered. However, they are still sold as a different cabin class with different seats and service. I still consider a 2K to 26A a downgrade and thankfully Scoot actually reached out today but they actually asked for my itinerary, as if they did not even know about the downgrade. I just attached my e-ticket and along with my actual boarding passes. I will report back on the downgrade compensation package, so you will all be aware of the situation if you are in my shoes.
