I just came across this (old news, from the beginning of the year). I thought it was interesting in times when Finnair toots their horn that they will release 4 seats in Shorthaul and 8 seats in longhaul, sometime in 2024.





Yeah, I get that it is average numbers across the fleet and cabins, but converting the "one in 10" promise to Finnair longhaul and shorthaul respectively ends up with ≈30 seats in longhaul and maybe ≈15 in shorthaul. I think these are the numbers we'd like to see on AY too - especially when redeeming will be in competition with the entire Avios universe.
