Yes, I was facing the same decision today for seats a 737-9 (non-MAX). The exit row was slightly cheaper than PC.

I decided to go with PC, not for the drinks but because early boarding is included and early exit as well (i.e. close to bulkhead). The overhead space is critical to me.
