I love the FB enhancements VFR Kudos and thanks man!

Here are some thoughts and issues:
1) If I input a dollar amount, I need to convert to EUR since FB rdm is based on multiples from EUR. Could we add a currency toggle of some sort? I know the exchange rate data would be an approximate, but since I buy tickets in CAD and have that info (and pnr.sh will also report in CAD), a conversion would be nice.
2) Add credit card: AFKLM World Elite Mastercard by Brim (Canada). Change RDM calculator if checked = Additional 5 miles accelerator to base RDM mileage earn for flown tickets (does not matter if ticket was purchased on card). Join the exclusive world of Air France KLM Flying Blue
3) Can we add a default Airline and class code. I like the manual syntax of YYZ-AF.J-CDG etc, but being able to input just flight routing and default everything to AF/J would be nice. I think if you manually specify an airline and class in routing, then it should override the default for the indicated segment. For example, Defaults = AF/A Manual entry: YYZ-CDG-AF.J-AMS-KL.Z-CDG-YYZ. In this case, the YYZ-CDG-YYZ segments would use the default AF in A class. The other segments would use what is marked.
