This hotel is not worthy of a grand, when it was owned and run by Manchester it was. Ever since Host bought it in 2011, it’s been going down ever since. Recently stayed there at a Globalist, no upgrade offered even though they had suites, Lounge is below average, hotel rooms are small and not kept up. Service and employees were cold. Pool was closed.
