I am struggling with the classic challenge of TK 777 business class for solo traveler. My route is CUN-IST.

I have read that 777 business class cabins are usually only half full. In that case, I think a J seat would be good, hoping nobody will sit in K.

If the flight is close to full, a G seat might be better because you either get an empty seat in E or a couple in D and E and E will probably jump over D, instead of a stranger (me) to get out.

Finally, is the main cabin (rows 2 -3) or the mini cabin (row 6) better for sleeping?
