I do this R/T monthly. Usually nothing. Occasionally the "gauze" blanket. I always bring a sweatshirt that can be rolled up as a pillow. It's just standard F service. The fact that the 752 has lie-flat seats does not change the soft product. That's reserved for EWR-SFO/LAX Premium Transcontinental Service. The former "p.s." service that we enjoyed BOS<>SFO pre-COVID never returned, expect for the access to the UC in BOS.
