First time ORD Polaris, couldn't get on the EWR-AMS direct last minute. Made reservation for restaurant and was told 15 mins. 1 hour later, still no text. Asked barman, he kindly sorted it out. Lounge is small, buffet not as nice as Newark and SFO. Bar does mix and excellent Negroni !
