Assuming you’re a US Citizen you should be fine but if you can do carry-on you will greatly increase your odds of success if there are any delays. I think you can still use the Mobile Passport Control app which should be nearly as quick as Global Entry.
Worst case there are 5p, 6p, and 7p flights from LaGuardia. And if there’s an advance delay known prior to boarding in CDG you could potentially re-route via PHL.
