How are UUA fares calculated for earning
Historically, if I purchased a BA premium economy fare then upgraded with Avios, I would earn AA miles and LPs. Asked on distance per the underlying Premium Economy fare class (usually T)

under the new model, I’m clear my miles and LP earnings will be based on the purchased ticket base fare+carrier imposed fees.

but when upgrading using Avios, BA often charges the additional (difference) in Carrier imposed fees. Will these be included in the miles/LP calculation under the new revenue earn?
