I understand from the comments above that the original FFP number can be quite sticky, so I will bear that in mind.

I have a booking (two connecting flights via AMS) with KLM and would like to use the lounge beforehand. I acquired gold status through a status match with Kenya Airways. I don’t have any points with them, and would rather not credit to that programme, but rather to DL.

Is this something that lounge staff are able to do? Or am I best to do this at the gate prior to boarding?
