I had CSR when it came out initially and loved having it. I had the card for couple of years before downgrading it to a no annual fee card. It has been about 4.5 years since I downgraded. I was not into churning back then and I downgraded due to change in my financial situation and didn't want to pay annual fee. At that time Chase downgraded me to a no annual fee "Sapphire" card. The top of the card simply says "Sapphire".

If I want to reapply for CSR now, would I qualify for new card bonus?
