I just finished an TATL flight with an incredibly rude flight attendant, who also seemed to have no concern for safety with the carts - often steering with one hand and ramming from one side of the aisle to the other. It was so bad that several of us spoke to the purser who said she would send in a report. The purser was wonderful and also encouraged us to file a complaint. I did so, but couldn't provide a name because this particular FA never had her wings/nametag visible at any point during the flight. I mentioned that to the purser, who said she couldn't tell me the FAs name but would add to her report. That got me thinking - is the nametag/wings a uniform requirement??

I should note that the nametags for all other FAs were visible - I made a point to compliment the purser and another FA by name.
