9/15 SFO-BOS AS458 redeye, water at the seat but nothing else. Boarding finished 20 min early and yet nothing.

We then had to swap to a different aircraft after lapping the taxiway due to a maintenance issue, no PDB or water at the seat there either, but drink orders were taken on the ground to be served once airborne.
