Joining the club, returned at SFO, was gonna try the Avis app for return but there was an agent checking everyone in and told me a receipt will be sent via email. 10 hours later and the Avis app still shows the rental open.
didnt take any pics as the agent was physically there, will send Avis an email and see what they say, oh well....
