they said they would send a pdf file for me to submit .mail was recvd..with no attachment..almost like they dont want me to submit a claim!
The level of support I've lately been receiving from United is unfathomable. I am seriously wondering if dishonesty and willful incomptency are part of the playbook of the guy they hired from Comcast.
