Actually, you may be right about the official terms. We've always heard that upgrades are spotty at best in Europe and we assumed it was similar to the US program where SUVs were excluded, but it appears that they don't exclude SUVs. Please do post about your experience getting an upgrade as it's always good to have additional data points.
